However, there is no sure way to keep from getting the stomach flu, even if you take all the necessary precautions. The virus is airborne and highly contagious. A combination or probiotics taken as a supplement along with green tea, can help to deter the growth of bacteria that make you sick. Check with a naturopath or local health food store to learn about probiotics.
